Description
Universal Parts 24V battery wiring harness with integrated charge inhibitor for Currie-manufactured electric scooters (eZip, IZIP, Schwinn, GT). The charge inhibitor automatically disables the throttle while the charger is connected, preventing accidental starts and protecting the charging port. Includes a pre-installed 40-amp fuse and standard Currie 3-pin charging connector. Part number: B02-1000.
Installation tip: Inspect battery terminals for corrosion when replacing the harness. If the old harness melted at the fuse holder, this often indicates a failing motor or dragging brake overworking the electrical system. Replace batteries in pairs for even charging.
