Description

Restore responsive speed control and precise modulation to your ride with this premium Universal Parts 6-Pin Thumb Throttle. Engineered as a direct replacement component for specific versions of Razor electric ride-ons, this variable-speed thumb throttle resolves intermittent acceleration, sticking levers, or dead spots in power delivery.

Key Features

  • Direct OEM Fitment: Designed to drop cleanly into your factory handlebar configuration without requiring custom modification or mounting brackets.
  • 6-Pin Male Plug Configuration: Pre-wired with the specific 6-pin connector block needed to pair seamlessly with your Razor speed controller.
  • Generous Harness Length: Features a 51-inch heavy-duty wiring harness to allow clean routing along the frame chassis without tension or binding during tight turns.
  • Ergonomic Thumb Lever: Built with a durable, spring-loaded thumb pad designed to offer comfortable operation and predictable throttle control for younger riders.

Vehicle Version Compatibility Matrix

Razor electric vehicles are strictly version-dependent. This 6-pin male throttle is built exclusively to interface with the following model configurations:

Razor Vehicle Model Eligible Serial Versions
Razor Dune Buggy Versions 12 and up (V12+)
Razor Ground Force Go Kart Versions 13 and up (V13+)
Razor Ground Force Drifter Versions 3 and up (V3+)
CRITICAL VERSION CHECK: Razor parts are unique to their serial numbers. To verify your vehicle version, locate the 8-digit product ID barcode sticker on your frame or battery cover. The last two digits are your version number. This throttle will not replace older 4-wire or 5-wire versions.

Technical Specifications

  • Connector Architecture: 6-Pin Male Plug Layout
  • Total Cable Harness Length: 51 Inches
  • Throttle Control Style: Linear Variable-Speed Thumb Lever
  • Razor OEM Cross-Reference Part Number: W25143501112

INSTALLATION TIP: Before disconnecting your old throttle, trace its harness entirely back to the controller block underneath the seat or deck cover. Disconnect the main battery terminal before plugging in the new module to prevent any accidental short-circuits. Once mounted, turn the handlebars fully from left to right to ensure the 51-inch harness has enough slack and isn't pinched against the metal steering column.
